How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from when you upload photos. Pro and Agency tiers include 24-hour rush. Agency tier can deliver same-day for time-sensitive listings.
What's your edit policy?
Every video includes 2 free edit rounds. Additional edits are $49 each. Most clients use 0–1 edit rounds — we send a preview first and iterate on staging or pacing before producing the final cut.
Do you serve agents outside New Jersey?
Yes. We serve real estate agents nationwide. All production is remote — we only need your listing photos. We're a New Jersey company, so NJ agents get priority queue and the option of in-person consultations.
Is this compliant with MLS rules?
All AI-staged content is clearly disclosed as virtually staged, which complies with NAR and most MLS guidelines. We can include a "virtually staged" caption automatically. Always check your local MLS — but we've never had a compliance issue.
What format do I get?
You get an MP4 horizontal master (16:9, 1080p) plus a vertical cut (9:16) optimized for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Pro and Agency tiers also include a square (1:1) cut for Instagram feed.
How many photos do I need to send?
For Showcase: 8–12 photos covering main rooms is ideal. For Story videos: 15–25 photos including exteriors, key rooms, and any standout features. We'll send a checklist after you sign up.
Can I cancel a monthly bundle?
Yes. All monthly bundles are month-to-month with no annual commitment. Cancel anytime — any unused listings for the current month remain available for 30 days after cancellation.
